How do you choose who to feature?
We look for organizations, platforms, or creators who are clearly aligned with the mission of supporting, equipping, or empowering Fire and EMS Dispatchers. Submissions are reviewed for relevance, professionalism, and value to the community. We prioritize substance over size—impact matters more than follower count.
Can I nominate someone else’s organization?
Absolutely. If there’s a resource, program, or leader you think deserves recognition, we encourage you to submit the form on their behalf. We’ll reach out to confirm their interest before adding them to the Partner section.
What happens after I submit?
We’ll review your submission within 5–7 business days. If it aligns with our focus areas, we’ll add your listing to the Partner Organizations section and may reach out for any follow-up info or assets (like a logo or short description). We’ll also notify you when your listing goes live.
Is there any cost or catch to being featured?
Nope. There’s no cost, no paid placement, and no affiliate requirements. This initiative is rooted in genuine community support, not monetization.
What kind of visibility will I get?
Featured partners are listed on our Resources page under “Partner Organizations” and may also be highlighted in social media posts or newsletters when relevant. We aim to create meaningful visibility—not just a logo, but context that encourages engagement.
Can I update or remove my listing later?
Yes. If your organization rebrands, changes focus, or simply wants to update or remove your listing, just reach out and we’ll take care of it quickly.
Who runs The Alarm Room?
The Alarm Room was founded by a veteran Fire/EMS Dispatcher with over 30 years of public safety experience. Our mission is to uplift, train, and support the professionals who keep emergency response running—on the air and behind the scenes.
